MIDI command for Prev/Next patch in Sampler

I am trying to set the MIDI command that will change patches in LPX Sampler. I remember doing this way back when with EXS24, but haven't touched it in a while.

I don't know if I am just blind, but if you look at this apple support link, it shows a picture of the Sampler Settings in Logic Pro X

In the picture, there is no "Previous Instrument pop-up menu and field"
In the picture, there is no "Next Instrument pop-up menu and field"

Yet these menus are both detailed in the text of this help page.

Am I missing something obvious here?

There's a command for that in the key command editor. You can do ''learn new assignment'' (midi)
