I've been on this forum for a year - originally found it when researching Japanese virtual instruments. I love it here - and have found the courage to now officially join!
I like vocal synths/ and synths in general - and creating trance music, simple solo piano pieces, and impressionistic moods. I also like listening to baroque and early music - lutes, viols and Monteverdi. And I love Ennio Morricone scores and his use of wordless vocals. For starters!
Originally I learned the piano and basic music theory - now I create small soundtrack pieces and cues for artist films and other bits. After a long series of shorts, as an artist-filmmaker myself I've been making my own feature length collage film for years, here's a trailer for it (including a piece of my own wordless-singing music - the second cue)
