I lost (or didn't receive, I don't remember) my loyalty code for Pacific Solo Strings. I sent two emails to Jasper at the support address (one on May 28th and one on July 6th), politely asking if he could resend it to me. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response.
Has anyone else had the same issue ? Thank you !
