is there any method to reinitialize the script automatically without clicking the exclamation mark at the upper right corner just near the NI logo?

A simple AutoHotKey script will do the job:

F5::
ControlClick x500 y80,Kontakt 5

This piece of code works for older Kontakt 5; I can check the values for Kontakt 6 for you later today if you want.

I would also be glad to find a better way of doing so!
