Difficulties with Arturia Software Center?

Is anyone experiencing challenges with both Windows 10 AND OSX? I have tried all day on both computers, and it seems to get hung up at the "Synchronization" page, with the following message: "Please wait, licenses synchronization in progress...". It has been that way for an inordinate amount of time.

Yep, mine is hung too. Their servers are probably getting hammered with Pigments.

Yes, and eventually, I stress eventually, it finally came on for both computers.

Yesterday, a notification popped up saying I had some updates so I fired it up. I got to the synchronizing licenses screen but then got kicked back to the password input screen again every time. I’ll give it another go today.
