ChoiSauce MIDI Controller

I love, love, love, love, love, my new ChoiSauce MIDI Controller!

Did say I L-U-V, luv it?

Well, I do...

8 MIDI high quality faders (either 60mm or 100mm your choice - same price either way). No software integration necessary to assign cc number and MIDi channels. It's all done with a single knob that you press and/or turn to do your custom setup.

With Logic, I've had a bunch of MIDI cc controllers over the years. As time went on Logic made it more obtuse to make them work. The nanoKontrol and nanoKontrol2 came up with multiple issues (even though the nanoKey2 seems to work just fine for adding those two bottom octaves for us keyswitching types). My most recent failed attempt was an iCon iControls that permanently and finally stopped seeing cc1 and cc21 no matter what I tried. I'm totally over spending hours and days making funky cheap crap try to work.

The ChoiSauce just works - and every time. Feel good. Looks good. Pride in workmanship. Pride in owning. I'm all over it.

Here's their site:

Looks great! Are the faders motorized?

Did you go for 60 or 100 mm ?

I'm still using the excellent faders of my very old Tascam FW-1884, although I hesitate from time to time to purchase the Presonus Faderport for its superior handling of plugin automation, and of course, superb integration with Studio One Pro, at the cost of limited space between faders.

Man, that is cool. But I'd just get it because of the name and colour. Makes me want to yell 'Banzaaaiii!' everytime I nail the perfect CC curve:dancer:

Not motorized.

I went for the 60mm because I want the minimal amount of desktop space used.

I’ll bet more people get the 100mm. Personally I have no problem getting the definition I need with 60mm.

You can’t lose either way.

Seems very nice build. A pitty that European (Belgian) customs use a Wet finger
to determine the taxes. (As we call it, they throw their hat at it = guess)
I've experienced this on several cases when buying exactly the same stuff, for the
same price, more than once : always a different import tax and one time even none.
(small parts for modeltrains...)

If there were a certain formula to calculate the import taxes, I would certainly be
interested to buy this controller. And I do have relatives in the states but they
haven't been visiting Belgium for years now. Happens when people get older and
the original BE family passed away...

Ludwig Göransson can be seen using the ChoiSauce controller in the behind the scenes series of Wakanda Forever on Disney+

Makes me want to get one!!
