Any sign of them in Custom Shop? How do you actually buy the software X-Gear pedals?
In Amplitube 5, if I filter by stuff I don't own, go to 'Collections/X-Gear' and click on 'X-VIBE/Buy Now' it takes me to a page for X-Space. If I click on the $150 'X-Space software only' it takes me to the $300 hardware pedal with no option to buy the plugin.
They show for me in Custom Shop under Amplitube in the "what's new" header - or under stomps down at the bottom at the end of the scrollAny sign of them in Custom Shop?
I, too, couldn’t find the software only versions on the website. I was considering taking them as freebies and wanted to learn more. I did select them in the end, but I never found how to buy them directly.
Customer Service should help.
The whole world is dealing with supply chain issues. You get Amplitube, you get most of the stuff from Amplitube and mix plugins that you want as freebies, you're pretty happy. Then you see irig acoustic stage, that you didn't know existed and would've loved to have a few years ago. The one local store that has it is sold out, Thomann is sold out, so you buy directly from IK. Your order sits as „in progress“ for a week (probably because of a shortage brought by this group buy) and you come to terms that you most likely won't receive it this month and won't be able to double dip in the group buy :D
I know, just didn't really know to what extent as I don't follow the news, because most of it is useless nonsense. The whole world is dealing with supply chain issues.
Well, that will not be very useful if you decide you need to buy a new fridge or new car. I beleve the wait time is 3 to 6 months for delivery.I know, just didn't really know to what extent as I don't follow the news, because most of it is useless nonsense.
We cover this on the 25th Anniversary Group Buy web page in its FAQ section. If something is delayed or out of stock, that is taken into account. Tell me about it, I've been waiting for a replacement refrigerator for a very long time. Luckily we had a fallback that's not optimal but is much better than having none!Well, that will not be very useful if you decide you need to buy a new fridge or new car. MODO DRUM is not available using Gear Credits.I bought my 500 gear credits and added MODO Drum to my cart, redeemed my 23 Jam Points and tried to check out but I'm being asked for my card number. How do I check out using my GC's please?
OK, thanks.MODO DRUM is not available using Gear Credits.
Is there somewhere I can see exactly what I can buy with GC's and enter the 24 for 1 GB please?I'm trying to buy the Sample Tank 4 Max with GC's but I get the same problem. Is that also not available?
As @doctoremmet states above MAX products are not part of the group buy anyway but it is Custom Shop products (a la carte gear and collections, not MAX bundles) that are part of the three flagships (AmpliTube, T-RackS, and SampleTank) that are there that can be purchased with Gear Credits. Is there somewhere I can see exactly what I can buy with GC's and enter the 24 for 1 GB please?
And do I buy these through the website or the Custom Shop? Everything I'm trying to buy seems only available by using my debit card and not GC's. Is there somewhere that explains exactly how to navigate this please?
