[Solved] Please use Microsoft CDN for jQuery, solving issues to visitors from Mainland China.

At least Microsoft jQuery CDN is whitelisted (at least not blocked) by Great Firewall. It is a real globally-available choice.

Google CDN is not a choice at all if making a web service globally available.

P.S.: XenForo recently patched its issues with reCAPTCHA. Now it uses a special non-Google domain to work with reCAPTCHA:

jQuery CDN issues can result in the failure of loading anything Ajax, including the Floara editor provided in XenForo-based forums. You can't even edit or create a post if having the jQuery CDN connection blocked or interfered.

Hi, which browser is this?
Apple Safari 15. However, Safari version doesn't matter.

Note that Chrome, Firefox, and MS Edge all have their individual addons to auto-replace all Google AJAX CDNs to non-Google ones. However, Apple does not allow Safari extension developers to do things like "auto-replacing contents of strings in an HTML page". That's why I ended up filing this request here.

P.S.: Microsoft AJAX CDNs are whitelisted by GFW.

To mention, Safari 15 has much bigger performance boost.
Chromium-based browsers like Microsoft Edge sometimes trigger kernel panic on my mac mini 2018 (using eGPU).
Safari doesn't have this problem at all.

Till now this issue is still not resolved.
Theoreotically it is only less than 3 clicks in the XenForo adminCP.
BTW XenForo does not use Google Ajax CDN by default, hence the conclusion that it is the deliberate choice of using Google Ajax CDN that brings this problem.

Could anyone in the admin team please explain why you folks are so hesitate to click the Microsoft CDN among the jQuery source options?

Thanks for the suggestions @ShikiSuen. We are looking into it. Just confirming a few things before making the switch.
Thanks. I'll wait. Whether your final decision is approval or denial, please let me know.

P.S.: I'll consider suggesting XenForo devs to write warning signs in this jQuery CDN section (of adminCP) to notify that Google CDN is not internationally available than Microsoft CDN, potentially.

We made the switch to Microsoft CDN yesterday. Do you notice a difference?
